Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any k8888 service. By accessing the k8888 platform you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction to open a k8888 account.
One account per person and per household is permitted. Duplicate accounts are closed and balances may be forfeited.
All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. JazzCash, Easypaisa and major bank transfers are supported.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse or irregular play patterns may result in bonus cancellation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k8888 login credentials. Report compromises immediately.
k8888 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, with or without prior notice.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. The k8888 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. k8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using k8888 is lawful in your jurisdiction. k8888 does not represent that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling laws may apply and agree to comply with all applicable local laws.
2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including a valid email address and Pakistani mobile number for verification purposes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
2.4 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active k8888 account. If multiple accounts are detected as belonging to the same individual or household, k8888 will close the duplicate accounts and may, at its discretion, void any associated bonuses or winnings.
2.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from k8888 or from gambling services generally must not attempt to register or access the Platform during any active exclusion period.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k8888 login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. k8888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
3.2 Immediate Notification. If you suspect that your k8888 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify k8888 support immediately via live chat or the support email address listed on the Platform.
3.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. k8888 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as set out in the applicable fee schedule. Users will be notified before any fee is applied. Your real money balance will not be forfeited without prior notice.
3.4 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your k8888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding real money balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method subject to standard identity verification.
4.1 Accepted Methods. k8888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k8888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the User's name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page within the User's account and may vary by payment method. k8888 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with applicable know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. k8888 may request a copy of a government-issued identification document, proof of address and/or proof of the payment method used to deposit. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.
4.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high volume or for additional verification purposes.
4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus credits and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
5.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers issued by k8888 are subject to these general Terms and any specific conditions attached to the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified on the promotion page. Bets placed on certain game types may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, towards wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. k8888 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other conduct determined by k8888 to be inconsistent with fair play.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus credits and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. k8888 reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. k8888 shall not be liable for bets that were not confirmed due to technical failures or connectivity issues on the User's side.
6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or data feed issue that results in clearly incorrect odds, casino game results or other outcomes, k8888 reserves the right to void the relevant bets or game rounds. k8888 will notify affected Users and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
6.3 Palpable Errors. k8888 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are demonstrably erroneous ("palpable errors"), including odds published due to human or technical error that are significantly different from the fair market price for the event.
6.4 Match Postponements and Cancellations. If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules displayed on the Platform at the time the bet was placed.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities.
8.1 All content on the k8888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game content and user interface design — is the property of k8888 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or create derivative works from any Platform content without k8888's prior written consent.
9.1 k8888 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While k8888 takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, k8888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.
9.3 k8888's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10.1 k8888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all products and services. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. k8888 employs age verification measures and cooperates with efforts to prevent underage gambling.

k8888 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. k8888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute relating to your k8888 account, betting outcomes or platform conduct, you should first contact k8888 customer support to attempt informal resolution. k8888 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules specified by k8888 in the applicable dispute resolution policy.
13.4 These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory law.
